Making our community healthier, stronger, and better one person at a time is my everyday goal. 

I am a CrossFit level 2 coach and hold a certification through USAW for Olympic Weightlifting and a degree in Health and Fitness of Science that I apply to my coaching.  


I believe that everyone is stronger than they think and love to push people past their own expectations. Watching someone PR a one-rep or dial in a new skill is the highlight of my job. 


CrossFit is about more than just lifting heavy and moving fast, it’s about functional movements that better your life outside they gym. I’m just here to help build confidence and fitness both inside and outside the gym.
