Dr. Teddy Ballard is a Board Certified Orthopedic and Sport Physical Therapist who specializes in sports performance by optimizing and reducing injury of the movement patterns required by high level tactical and sport athletes.

His focus is in the advanced treatment of the spine and its relationship to the body during these high demand activities. His experience includes working with Division 1 athletes, X-Games Athletes, CrossFit Games medalists as well as a personal specialization in the military/first responder athlete.

When he is not in the clinic or gym, he is in the classroom working with PT students as a guest lecturer at Campbell University or teaching Non-Commissioned Officers on the importance of physical health with the 360VA organization.
