I’m a mother of four, military wife, and a librarian turned CrossFit Coach. I’ve been CrossFitting since 2009, and coaching since 2014. I am a L2 coach and will be completing the L3 process this year.
Supporting women prior to, during, and post pregnancy is important to me. And finding scales and substitutions for new or injured athletes is vital to our sport.
When I see others growing and building strength of body and mind, that’s the best part of coaching and pushes me to be more every day.
