I was introduced to CrossFit in 2015 by my Wife, Madeleine, and her family. After my first workout, I was hooked. CrossFit helped me realize that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. It is an outlet for stress, and it truly changed my life.
Helping others improve and change their lives by lifting heavy things is at the heart of CrossFit Baile.
